Welcome to Fire+Ice Yoga located in Fort Worth, Texas. With a completely renovated studio from top to bottom, Fire+Ice is on a mission to change the way people think about yoga.
Yoga is a restorative, therapeutic form of exercise that strengthens the body and mind. By increasing flexibility, yoga dramatically decreases the risk of injury in athletes, power-lifters, and even in our everyday lives. Through core-strengthening exercises, lower-back problems can be eliminated, bringing stability and balance to the entire body.
There is no other low-impact exercise program out there that will make you feel good, burn calories, and reduce your risk of injury the way that yoga will. And not just any yoga…Fire+Ice Yoga.
Our classes are designated as either Fire or Ice–the Fire classes being the more intense, flowing, dynamic workouts that burn the most calories, and the Ice classes being the recovery, injury prevention, balance and stability workouts. Both Fire and Ice classes will raise your heart-rate, which strengthens the heart muscle over time.
Whether you have never tried yoga before, or have practiced it for many years, you will find a class (or two!) that is exactly what you’ve been looking for.
Do something GOOD for yourself this year!
A Note from the Founder:

Amanda Pastusek - Owner / Operator
First of all, welcome to Fire+Ice Yoga! This studio is a dream come true for me, but it is for YOU that it has been built. We all want to feel young and strong, look fit and healthy, have low blood pressure, and decrease the amount of stress we feel in our daily lives. But we don’t have hours of time to spend at the gym or in a therapist’s office. That is why I have founded Fire+Ice Yoga. To give people of all ages and fitness levels a well-rounded workout that is affordable and will fit into our busy schedules.
After working with competitive figure skaters and hockey players for the last seven years, and being a figure skater myself, I have seen the great need for yoga in all workout regimens. Yoga is not just stretching, as in holding your foot in a quad stretch. Yoga is active stretching, which means that, while we are in the stretch, our muscles are still engaged and active. By doing this, we are teaching the muscles to lengthen, while maintaining and even increasing their strength.
