  • 30min Lunchtime Class – Squeeze in some calorie-burning on your lunch break!  Classes focus on a specific muscle group to blast away fat from those problem areas!
  • Intro Class – Begins with a 45-minute overview of basic yoga poses and instruction, followed by a Q&A session.
Fire Class – A fast-paced, flowing yoga class that will keep your heart-rate up & make you sweat! Ice Class – All-Level classes designed to relieve tension, increase core strength & flexibility, and lower blood pressure!
